Commitment Fee Terms

I understand the following terms regarding the $20 commitment fee:

  • I understand that this fee is NOT associated with ANY internet service company OR provider. This commitment fee is to cover travel time, gas, and expenses.
  • If I am present and we complete the signup at the scheduled time, the $20 is refunded on the spot.
  • If I am present but decide not to proceed, or if I am absent / cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the $20 non-refundable and retained to cover travel and time.
  • I fully understand that this fee is NOT required by, NOR connected to ANY internet company OR service provider. I FULLY understand that this fee is STRICTLY to cover potential loss of drive-time and expenses caused by no-show appointments and today's increasingly high gas prices.
